At Eatali Soi 5 in Pratumnak, we take pride in our pizza, but getting there was quite a journey. Before launching our pizza menu, we tested various recipes, trying out nearly 50 versions of pizza using different types of flour, temperatures, and fermentation times to perfect our craft.

One day, a customer named Marco came in to try the signature Margherita pizza after seeing it praised on social media. He was amazed by the perfect crust and vibrant flavors. Delighted with his experience, Marco shared his thoughts online, sparking interest among local food enthusiasts.

This led us to host a special pizza night, attracting more guests eager to enjoy quality pizza. Thanks to Marco and patrons like him, Eatali Soi 5 became a community favorite, bringing friends and families together over delicious slices and unforgettable moments.
